Gewinner des Konditionspreises und ein 3. Platz auf der 84 km langen Strecke des Asil Club Marbach Distanzrittes. Ich bin sooo stolz auf Maskada!!!
Was für ein großes Herz und einen starken Willen sie besitzt, dass sie mich die ganze Strecke über die schwäbische Alp getragen hat, besonders auf den letzten 14 km, wo wir ordentlich Tempo rausnehmen mussten: Heiße Temperaturen, viele Bremsen, keine Schatten in den Pausen und ein Ritttempo, was sehr viel höher war, als wir gewohnt sind… Glücklicherweise hatten wie Livia Jansen und Marie mit uns, die uns ordentlich auf dem letzten Stück gezogen haben. Am nächsten Morgen sah Maskada großartig aus, als ob sie keine weitere Regeneration nötig hätte, wach, gut gelaunt und mit raumgreifendem Schritt überzeugte sie das Komitee einstimmig ihr den Best-Condition-Preis zu verleihen!

What a big heart and strong will she has to carry me all the way, especially the last 14 km, where we slowed down quite a bit: Hot conditions, many flies, no shade in the vet gates and riding beyond our speed we are used too… Thankfully we had Livia Jansen and Marie with us, they were great company and pulled us quite a bit. On the next morning Maskada was great, look like she needs no regeneration at all, was awake in a good mood and had a huge stride, which convinced the jury to give her the best condition price!!!
